Terms and Conditions

HVAC and Plumbing Services are for 1 Furnace, 1 Air Conditioner, and 1 Water Heater. Ductless systems are not included. Furnace Tune Up includes:

  • Performance Check
  • Operational Check
  • Safety Check

Chemical deep clean of the condenser coil is available for an additional charge. Ductless systems service is available for an additional charge (condenser coil: $50, ductless system: $100).

Annual Home Plumbing Inspection

Includes:

  • Water pressure test
  • Angle stop inspection
  • Sewer line camera inspection through plumbing clean-out point
  • Minor root removal (if applicable)

Services are transferable to the owner's new occupied residence. Mileage rates apply for locations 15 miles outside of Rapid City limits.

Membership Terms

I agree that all visits must be used within the term of the membership; visits may not be redeemed past the membership expiration date. All Club Memberships require a minimum one-year contract, with two payment options:

  • Monthly reoccurring charge
  • One-time annual payment

Loyal will periodically remind clients to schedule visits, but clients are ultimately responsible for scheduling them. Refunds will not be provided for unused memberships or canceled services. Upon cancellation, any unpaid funds for services rendered will be due.

Transferable Membership

The membership may be transferred to another address with the original owner. The monthly payment option will continue until a written notice of termination is received at the local office. Allow up to two weeks for termination.

Service Conditions

Future installations must comply with local codes. Additional conditions may be required for eligibility, as determined by your Loyal Technician. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Installation of emergency shut-off valves
  • Pressure-reducing valve
  • Waste or potable water-line repairs

A 1-year warranty is provided on workmanship.

To enroll, complete the enrollment form and select your payment method. You can pay by credit card or set up an automatic bank draft.
