For homeowners enrolling in Loyal Total Care, choose the payment option that works best for your household.
Total Care Membership Details
Specific coverage can depend on the equipment in your home, the services required and the terms of your Total Care plan.
HVAC Coverage
Standard HVAC and plumbing membership services apply to one furnace, one air conditioner and one water heater. Ductless-system service may require an additional charge.
Furnace evaluations include:
- Performance check
- Operational check
- Safety check
Additional System Services
Chemical deep cleaning of a condenser coil is available for an additional charge. Service for ductless systems may also carry additional charges depending on the equipment and service required.
Transferable Membership
Membership services may transfer with the original owner to the owner's new occupied residence. Additional mileage charges may apply to properties located outside Loyal's standard Rapid City service area.
Membership Term
Membership visits must be used during the applicable membership term and may not be redeemed after expiration. Memberships carry a minimum one-year commitment with monthly recurring or annual-payment options.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Loyal provides reminders to help members stay current with maintenance. Customers remain responsible for scheduling applicable visits. Unused membership services are not refundable.
Service Conditions
Installations must comply with applicable local codes. Depending on the condition of the plumbing system, a Loyal technician may identify work needed for eligibility.
